These are junk/imperfect Feathers meaning that they have missing barbs or poor areas of dye they are strung together. these are Chinese saddle feathers that weren’t a great quality to begin with but hey, they look pretty right? The Feathers average about 4 inches Expect little maybe you’ll be impressed (maybe you won’t) you get what you see I’m not gonna count them
